Every Second is a dynamic contemporary play by local Australian playwright Vanessa Bates. It follows the story of two thirty-something couples hell bent on having a child. In fact they are so determined, that they are willing to give up champagne, drink herbal teas, and use egg whites along the way… But how much more are they willing to sacrifice? Full of amusing situations paralleled to bitter truths, Every Second takes a comedic look at a hugely relevant modern dilemma and continuing issue in today’s society.
