HOW DO NOMINATIONS WORK?
To run for any of the positions, you must be nominated for that role at the AGM. We will call for nominations for each position in the order they are listed above. You can ask someone to nominate you or you can nominate yourself.
Those wishing to pitch must let the returning officer know at the announcement of opening pitches for the position. A zoom link will be provided, although those attending over zoom will be unable to vote.
In order of nominations, you will get a chance to speak to the membership. If you are running for President or Vice President you get 5 minutes. All other positions get 3 minutes to speak. We will then run a question time for each position, instead of each candidate.

WHO VOTES?
You need to be an USU member and a SUDS member (for more than a week beforehand!).

WHY SHOULD YOU COME?
It's important to have your say! If you’re interested in running for a position, you should reach out to the 2023 exec member who currently holds the position you’re interested in.

NOTE: We can't guarantee how long the AGM will go for, but it will be a few hours!
